By downloading, installing, or using the HungRecover mobile application ("App") or visiting hungrecover.com ("Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
HungRecover is a drink logging, hydration reminder, countdown estimate, and optional self-care checklist application. Core app logs stay on your device, while support emails may be processed separately by email providers when you choose to contact us.
You must be at least 21 years of age to use HungRecover. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The App Store listing may show an 18+ rating because the product references alcohol and BAC, but the intended audience is adults 21 and older.
HungRecover is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not measure BAC, does not diagnose or treat any condition, does not determine legal sobriety, and does not tell you whether it is safe to drive. Estimates depend on self-entered information and are for general wellness awareness only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition. If you experience severe symptoms after drinking, call 911 or contact emergency services immediately. If alcohol use feels hard to control, SAMHSA's free, confidential national helpline is 1-800-662-HELP (4357).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gus Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App or Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
