HungRecover is local-first. Core drink logging and optional check-ins work without an account and keep your logs on your device. App Store "Data Not Collected" disclosures apply to in-app user records. Separately, if you join product updates or contact support, we receive only the email address and message or signup details you choose to send:

• Drink logs: Types, quantities, ABV, and timestamps of beverages you log (stored locally on your device).
• Body metrics: Weight, age, and biological sex (if provided) used to estimate BAC, hydration reminders, and general wellness suggestions. Stored locally.
• Product update emails: If you subscribe on the website, we receive the email address you submit and basic request details needed to process the signup.
• Support emails: If you email us directly, we receive the contact details and message you send.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Estimate hydration reminders and countdown estimate information.
• Restore your local experience when you reopen the app.
• Send product updates if you explicitly subscribe on the website.
• Respond to support requests when you contact us.

3. Data Storage

All drink logs and personal metrics are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your drinking, health, or optional check-in data to our own server. Website launch-update emails are stored only if you subscribe, and support emails live in our email inbox only when you choose to send them.

4. Third-Party Services

• Website hosting: Our public website is hosted by a third-party platform so the site can load reliably.
• Launch-update storage: If you subscribe through the website form, our website hosting platform may process and store that email signup for us.
• Email: If you contact support, your email provider and ours will process that message.

5. Analytics & Tracking

HungRecover does not include any analytics SDKs, ad frameworks, or tracking pixels. There is no usage telemetry tied to your identity.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

• Delete all app data instantly using the Delete All My Data button in the app's Profile screen, or by uninstalling the app.
• Request removal from launch-update emails by contacting us at the email below.
• Request deletion of support emails by contacting us at the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

HungRecover is intended for users aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 21.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
